The Prolyte barrier is developed to use as safety device to control crowds in various types of events, ranging from pop concerts to outdoor events. The crowd barrier offers

a combination of optimum safety and comfort for the audience and a safe working area for rescue personnel. The crowd barrier is designed as a demountable structure;

set-up and assembly are quick and easy, needing a minimum amount of tooling. The Prolyte crowd barrier is made in 2 versions. A lightweight version made of alimunium,

which weights only 35 kg and an economic, steel version, made of thermal zinc plated steel, which weights 68 kg a piece. The smooth round top bar and the bottom bar incorporate a stainless steel 15 mm slot pin that easily connects the barriers. All profiles have soft, rounded edges for maximum comfort. All hinged parts have bearings and all connection parts are vibration free, using no metal-to metal connections. The bottom side can be secured using a hexagon socket head screw M 12 x 150 mm. The design load of the barrier is 4,5 kN/m1. The crowd barrier folds flat after use and can be stacked in dollies for easy transportation and storage.

C ONE

The C-ONE hoist is available in three types, ranging from 250 to 1000kg.

All C-ONE hoists have the same standard features as the regular Prolyft Performance range, but are fitted with the special BGV-C1 options, like:

Electronic under- and overload protection, including slack chain detection

ProTrac* is designed as an upgraded fly-bar system for the theatre or related fields, with several extra options. New developments within the theatre branch have led to new demands on the existing fly-bar systems. A combination of higher loading requirements, due to a growth in the size of productions, and the introduction of the mechanical operated fly-bar systems, have made the existing fly-bar system, in many cases, not suitable for the job. ProTrac has been developed to fill this gap. If the uniformly distributed load needs to be upgraded from 300 to 500 kg and the point load from 40 to 150/200 kg the normal fly-bar does not have the required strength. Therefore, the single round tube is often replaced with ladder beams, usually made from steel. ProTrac offers a better alternative than these steel ladder beams, being specially designed to meet the demands from a modern theatrical environment. ProTrac is a combination of an aluminium extruded rectangular profile underneath which a round tube of 60 mm or 48,3 mm is attached. Suspension points slide into the square profile and can be locked at any desired place.

The Prolyte truss series are completed with a broad range of standard corners. The standard corner range provides 2 to 6-way corners at several angles, from 45 to 135 degrees. Prolyte manufactures a series of specially designed corners, such as the pyramid corner or swivel corner.
