The five different types of roof structures are:

The ARC ROOF – a small roof system for light-duty use. Build as a fixed portal structure, based on H30D truss.

The TUNNEL ROOF - a very flexible and versatile mid-range roof system. Based on elements of the ARC ROOF the TUNNEL ROOF is developed as an arched roof system with variable depth.

The MPT ROOF – a mid-range roof system, available in 4 different standard sizes. Based on the MPT ground support system and H30D and H40V truss. Can be used with either hand or electrical hoists.

The ST ROOF system – a large, heavy-duty roof system, available in 3 different standard sizes. Based on the ST ground support system and S36R and S52SV truss.

The LT ROOF system - a flat grid system with tent profiles on top, available in different sizes. Based on either ST or CT ground support towers and B100RV and S100F truss.

The base of the LT, ST and MPT ROOF is a ground support system. This means that the entire construction can be build from ground level and brought to working level when finished with the use of the tower and sleeve block construction.

The ARC system is erected manually.

The TUNNEL ROOF can be erected manually with the help of material lifts.

Prolyte has developed several tower systems, all based on the standard series truss, RT-H30V, RT-S36V, RT-S52SV, RT-B100RV, MPT TOWER, ST TOWER, C52T.

With additional parts, like base sections or top sections, your tower system is easily composed and offers flexibility without the need for heavy investment. Prolyte has two different tower systems, the rigging tower and the ground support tower.

The rigging tower is designed as a stand-alone tower to support, for instance, PA clusters or audience light. The rigging tower is available in several types, ranging from 550 to 2300 kg allowable load and from 7,60 m to 16 m lifting height. Al towers are based on the same principle; a V-shaped base supports a mast that can be erected by means of an erection system, which also functions as a stabiliser once the mast is in position. After the system is build, levelled and ballast is applied, the load can be hoisted in position. Rigging towers can be built on any even surface and are specially designed for outdoor use.

The ground support tower is designed to support a grid, without having the need for suspension points. It can be used in a goalpost set-up (two towers) or as a ground support (three or more towers). The ground support towers are available in three types, the MPT Tower (to be used in combination with all trusses from the multi purpose series) the ST tower (to be used in combination with all the trusses from the heavy duty series) and the CT tower.

The Stage DEX staging system consists of an aluminium frame made from

a special extruded profile. The plywood top is bolted and glued to this frame

to reduce noise and vibration. Several leg types and support frames complete

your staging system, along with numerous accessories.

The Stage DEX comes in different sizes and shapes so every possible stage can

be constructed. Alternatively the decks can be connected by simply inserting

an aluminium strip in the profiles to the sides of the decks. This makes the

Stage DEX staging system very adaptable for different circumstances, from

main stage to walk way to banquet table to camera platform, Stage DEX can

be transformed fast and easy, practically without the need for tools.

CIRCULAR STAGES

In addition to the square and rectangular stage types, Prolyte manufactures

curved stage decks. Prolyte is the only manufacturer of staging systems who

is able to fabricate circular stages that are actually based on curved segments,

this makes the Stage DEX Staging system quite unique. The curved segments

are manufactured with a high degree of accuracy ensuring a perfect fit with no

distortion. The addition of curved Stage DEX to our staging system makes the possibilities almost limitless, from perfect circles to fancy shapes.

ROTATING STAGE

The ultimate design is based on an aluminium frame with an overall height of only 20cm.

This frame is coupled by means of standard DEX-to-DEX clamps, whereby vertical levelling is done with a standard DEX leveller. The neat and compact frame is finished with a 21mm. Plywood decking. The segments are bolted in place with an insert hexagon bolt.

System description

The rotating stage consists of 4 basic parts:

• The sub frame, incl. screw jacks

• The central bearing ring

• Top frames for 2, 4 and 6m. diameter stage, with integrated wheels, motor and controller

• Plywood topping
